Robert C. Fazio, DMD
Dr. Fazio is currently Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He is co-author of Oral Medicine Secrets and author of the textbook Principles and Practice of Oral Medicine. A 1971 graduate of Harvard College and a 1975 graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine, he also completed Clinical Fellowships in Periodontology and Oral Medicine at Harvard.Continuing Education Review has named Dr. Fazio one of its three best national speakers. He has presented continuing education courses at major meetings throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Robert W. Gerlach, DDS, MPH
Dr. Gerlach is a Research Fellow in Worldwide Clinical Investigations at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. In his role, Dr. Gerlach is responsible for studies evaluating the safety and efficacy of oral care products worldwide.His clinical trials research includes initiatives in the areas of caries prevention, periodontal therapy, and more recently, esthetic dentistry, especially tooth whitening. With more than 100 studies, Dr. Gerlach is recognized as a leading clinical researcher in the area of whitening. His research has led to novel delivery systems for vital bleaching, and new dentifrice formulations for stain control.
A public health dentist, Dr. Gerlach's work in dentistry spans government, academics, industry and practice. Dr. Gerlach holds positions at prominent dental schools, he lectures worldwide on therapeutic and esthetic dentistry, and his research has been reported in over 200 manuscripts and published abstracts.
Pam Hughes, RDH, MS
Pam Hughes, RDH, MS has lectured internationally and throughout the United States on such topics as oral risk assessment, advances in therapeutic oral care products, and women's aging complexities and the oral health impact.She is the immediate past president of the California Dental Hygiene Educators' Association and a past president of the California Dental Hygienists' Association. Ms. Hughes has 26 years of clinical practice in general and periodontal practice settings and is faculty in the Department of Dental Hygiene at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Additionally, she teaches gerontology in the graduate program at the University of La Verne.
Ms. Hughes was involved in a clinical practice regimen during the early development of Crest Pro-Health Toothpaste and has a direct experience profile in speaking on its clinical effectiveness.
Jennifer Salzer, DDS
Dr. Jennifer Salzer is an associate faculty member at New York University College of Dentistry and has recently been recommended for the position of attending faculty member at Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital.
